Ace Cabs COVID-19 POLICY

Ace Cabs is committed to the safety of its customers, staff and communities. For the well-being of all, we have put in place precautionary measures to ensure that your experience continues to be as safe as possible.

We are taking enhanced steps to promote health and safety including:

Ensuring the health of our employees and customers
Training our employees on enhanced cleaning and safety procedures
Thoroughly sanitizing each vehicle between use
Practising safe physical distancing in our workplace and where possible in our vehicles
Installation of a Plexiglas Covid shield in our unmarked van for airport transportation as well as in all of our operational cabs

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

All passengers will be required to sanitize their hands when possible prior to entering our vehicles.

We ask that you wear your own mask while inside our vehicles and where physical distancing may be a challenge.

For the safety of our employees and passengers, we ask that you stay home if:

You have had a suspected or confirmed case of Covid-19 in the last 14 days, or have been in contact with someone who has
You are experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19 including cough, fever, respiratory problems or sudden loss of smell or taste
You have recently travelled outside of Canada
You have been instructed by medical personnel to self isolate for 14 days
