1) Where can you take me?
Anywhere in Ontario. Flat rates may apply to out of town destinations. Please call for a quote.
2) How much should I tip?
Similar to restaurants, please feel free to tip the driver according to the level of overall service provided.
3) How can I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made by calling our 24/7 dispatch line, ordering a cab online through our home page or by downloading and booking through our APP.
4) What are the taxi response times?
Taxi response times vary depending on demand, weather and road conditions, but our goal is to respond to your call within 15 minutes. Pre-booking does cut down on wait times.
5) Who can I report a complaint to?

9) Where do I get a taxi at the Blue Mountain Village?
We have 2 designated spots; a taxi stand @ the Marketplace and the Taxi/Bus Hut in the main parking lot. We also pick up at the Grand Georgian, The Westin and The Blue Mountain Inn
for hotel guests only.
